1. Our Warranty Commitment

We provide a comprehensive warranty to protect your purchase against manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal home use.

  • Spain: A 3-Year Limited Warranty applies to all purchases, in strict compliance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.
  • European Union (Excluding Spain): A minimum 2-Year Limited Warranty applies.
  • Other Regions: A 1-Year Limited Warranty is provided, or according to local legal requirements.

2. Logistics & Shipping Fees

We believe in fairness and transparency regarding shipping costs:

  • Authorized Warranty Claims (Spain & EU): If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Cedurith covers 100% of the logistics costs, including the return of the faulty unit and the delivery of the repaired/replacement item.
  • Out-of-Warranty or International (Non-EU): For repairs outside the warranty period or outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all two-way shipping costs and potential repair fees.
  • Pre-Authorization Required: Do not ship any items back without contacting us first. Any shipping costs incurred for unorganized or unauthorized returns will not be reimbursed.

3. Final Resolution & Process

Every case is unique. To provide the best experience, our Cedurith Care Team will make the final determination on the most efficient solution:

  • Repair: We may arrange for a professional repair of your original unit.
  • Replacement: If a repair is not feasible, we may ship a brand-new unit to you.
  • Self-Repair Guidance: For minor issues, we may provide expert guidance or replacement parts.
