1. What is the return policy?

We want every Cedurith product to be "In Rhyme" with your lifestyle. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging. A 30% restocking fee may apply to items showing significant wear or missing original materials.
  • Hygiene Policy: For health reasons, pillows and personal care devices cannot be returned or exchanged once the vacuum seal or original packaging has been opened.

2. How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

Because we aim for maximum efficiency, shipping costs and times are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your destination and the origin warehouse.

  • Delivery Time: Usually between 2-14 business days.
  • Dispatch Origins: Most orders ship from our European warehouses, while select innovative items may ship from our international partner hubs.
  • Shipping Options: We offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders, as well as Expedited Shipping for faster delivery.

3. Who pays for taxes and duties?

  • For European Union orders: Taxes are handled by us, and there are no hidden customs fees.
  • For International orders: Depending on your country, we may ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or include taxes at checkout. If your region requires additional local duties, this will be clearly indicated at the final checkout stage.
