At Cedurith, we want your home to feel just right. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your lifestyle, and our team is here to help you find a better solution with a touch of care.

1. 30-Day Thoughtful Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if a product is right for you. Beyond this window, your purchase is protected by our 3-Year Limited Warranty (Spain only).

2. Quality Standards for Returns

To help us maintain premium standards for all our customers, please ensure:

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • Personal Care (Shavers/Trimmers): These may be returned only if they are completely unused. Once used, they are exempt from returns due to hygiene regulations.
  • Pillows: For health reasons, pillows CANNOT be returned once the vacuum seal or inner packaging has been opened.
  • Restocking & Cleaning: If an item is returned with visible stains, dirt, or significant damage to the packaging, a 30% handling fee will be applied to cover the restoration process.

3. Shipping & Handling Fees (Non-Quality Issues)

  • Return Shipping: We kindly ask you to cover the return shipping costs to our designated local warehouse.
  • Processing Fee: A modest handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover manual inspection and re-stocking:
    • Spain: A flat fee of 5,95€.
    • Other Regions: Fees vary based on your specific location and will be confirmed by our team.
  • Exchanges: We are happy to help you switch models! You simply cover the return and the processing fee; our team will then guide you through the new delivery.
