1. Who we are

This website (www.cedurithofficial.com and www.cedurith.cc) is operated by VIVATRADE, S.L., a company registered in Spain with its registered office at Avenida Delta del Ebro, 12, 28660 Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain, NIF (Spanish tax identification number) B22472807 ("Cedurith", "we", "us"). 2. These terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

We sell pillows. If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, mandatory consumer protection rules apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

3. Orders and the contract

Products shown on the website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If a product is unavailable or a price was displayed incorrectly, we will contact you so that you can confirm or cancel the order.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

4. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you complete your order.

We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. Delivery times and available destinations are indicated at checkout. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you, take physical possession of them.

5. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement through our [Contact Form] with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We will refund the price you paid for the pillow together with the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used.

For hygiene reasons, goods whose vacuum seal has been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This exclusion does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty products.

This 14-day right applies in addition to the 100-Day Sleep Trial described in our Returns Policy.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

As a consumer, you are entitled to goods that conform to the contract. If your pillow is faulty, does not match its description, or does not last as it should:

  • Spain: 3 years from the date of delivery (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021).
  • Other EU member states: as set by local law, with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Outside the EU: 1 year, unless local law requires otherwise.

If a defect appears, you have the right to choose between repair and replacement of the product. For pillows, repair is not normally feasible, so we will in practice replace the product. If replacement is not possible or proportionate, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.

7. Website content and intellectual property

The materials on this website — text, images, designs and logos — are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, republish or redistribute them for commercial purposes, remove any proprietary notices, or make them available on another server. This permission ends automatically if you breach these terms.

8. Accuracy and availability

We do our best to describe our products accurately, but product images are for illustration and slight variations in colour may occur. We may change or update website content at any time. Nothing in this section affects your rights under section 6.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through our negligence, and for damage arising from our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses (such as loss of profit) or for damage arising from your use of website content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability under mandatory consumer protection law, or the legal guarantee of conformity set out in section 6. In particular, we do not exclude our liability for the conformity of the products we sell.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first through our [Contact Form]. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

We are not registered as adhering to the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) and are therefore not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. You may also contact the consumer authority of your place of residence. If you live in another EU country, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time you place your order.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
