Getting it back into shape

• Take it out of the packaging and let it rest. Most pillows recover their full shape within a few hours.
• Some need up to 24 hours. This is normal, and room temperature affects how long it takes.
• Fibre filling: pat and shake the pillow to speed this up.
• Memory foam: just let it sit. Pressing or kneading it doesn't help.

Washing

• Memory foam core: do not wash. The foam cannot be soaked or machine washed. To freshen it, air it out — away from direct sunlight and radiators.
• Memory foam pillow cover: removable and machine washable. 30 °C, gentle cycle, no fabric softener. Air dry or tumble dry low.
• Fibre pillow: machine washable as a whole. Gentle cycle at 30 °C, tumble dry low until completely dry.
