Warranty Policy
At Cedurith, we stand behind the quality and "rhythm" of our products. We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind and the longevity of your purchase.
1. Warranty Period
- Spain: In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, all products purchased for personal use are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
- European Union (Other Regions): For other EU member states, the warranty period follows the specific local consumer protection laws of the destination country (typically a minimum of 2 years).
- International (Non-EU): For orders outside the EU, a 1-year limited warranty applies unless otherwise stated by local regulations.
2. What is Covered?
This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a genuine defect is confirmed by our technical team, we will provide a repair, a replacement, or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
3. Maintenance & Warranty Validity (Important)
To keep your warranty active, products must be maintained according to our [Product Care Guide].
Proper maintenance is a condition of this warranty. Issues arising from improper care or usage are considered "User-Related Issues" and are NOT covered. These include, but are not limited to:
- Garment Steamers: Limescale buildup, "white powder" spitting, or boiler blockage caused by using tap water instead of purified/distilled water.
- LED Mirrors & Electronics: Battery failure, swelling, or reduced capacity caused by permanent overcharging (leaving it plugged in 24/7) or long-term storage with a depleted battery.
- Kitchen Racks: Oxidation or rust caused by exposure to strong acids, alkalis, corrosive cleaners (bleach), or failure to wipe the product dry.
- Personal Care (Trimmers): Motor failure due to lack of cleaning or water damage to non-waterproof components.
4. General Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., dulling of trimmer blades over 6 months).
- Accidental damage (drops, cracks, or spills).
- Products without proof of purchase (Order Number).
- Products where the vacuum seal has been broken (e.g., Pillows), due to hygiene regulations.
5. How to File a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:
- Please submit a request via our [Contact Form].
- Provide your Order Number and a clear Photo/Video of the issue.
- Our Cedurith Care Team will review your case. We may ask for confirmation that the maintenance steps in our [Product Care Guide] were followed.
Please note: Performance issues arising from a lack of proper maintenance are considered "User-Related" and may affect your warranty eligibility.
